Tomatoes stew the flank is a popular food in chinese restaurant

Ingredients: 

beef flank,tomato,green Chinese onion,garlic,ginger,cinnamon,star anise,sichuan pepper,dark soy sauce,sugar,salt,chicken essence,oil

Instructions: 

Prepare material

remove tomato peel

cut green onion to small pieces.cut garlic And ginger to pieces,cut beef flank to small cubes.

cut tomato to small cubes

cook beef flank with water for a moment

put beef flank to palte

heat oil in wok,add green onion,ginger, garlic,star anise,cinnamon,sichuan pepper,saute

add beef flank,add dark soy sauce and salt,stir fry.

put beef flank to marmite,add water,bring to boil,then continue to cook for 1.5 hours over low heat.

cook tomato with oil in wok

mix tomato and beef flank

add sugar,cook for 15 minutes over low heat,add chicken essence
