add shredded bamboo shoot,salt,fish,over low heat for 3 minutes,in this 3 minutes,need turn fish over.
put fish to plate,add mixture of cornstarch and water ,chicken essence or monosodium glutamate to wok
pour cooking liquor in wok on fish.OK!
