Fish in sweet and sour sauce is a common chinese cuisine,make it easy
Ingredients:
Fish
green onion,ginger,flour,bamboo shoot,salt,pepper,catsup,vinegar,sugar
Instructions:
Shredded green onion,Shredded bamboo shoot,minced ginger

With knife cut lines on fish,marinate with salt, pepper for 10 minutes.

Mix flour and water like this

pour flour-water on fish,add fish and oil to wok,deep-fry till both side of fish become golden yellow.

pour out all oil,add green onion,ginger to wok,cook for a moment

Put ketchup to wok,fry a while,add water,Vinegar, sugar.Bring to boil,remove green onion

add shredded bamboo shoot,salt,fish,over low heat for 3 minutes,in this 3 minutes,need turn fish over.

put fish to plate,add mixture of cornstarch and water ,chicken essence or monosodium glutamate to wok

pour cooking liquor in wok on fish.OK!
