Ingredients: 

Pork

quail egg,water-chestnut,Breadcrumbs,light soy sauce,dark soy sauce,crystal sugar,yellow rice or millet wine,cinnamon,myrcia

Instructions: 

Prepare ingredients

Wash quail egg with water,cook with water,after cool down,shell

mince pork to meat mud

peel and mince water-chestnut

add pork to pot,add eggs, chopped green onion,minced water-chestnut,Breadcrumbs,light soy sauce,salt,yellow rice or millet wine

stir follow one direction

put a quail egg in pork,make to meat ball.

do the same to others.

add some oil to wok,heat to 80% boiling,add meatball.

deep-fry till surface become golden yellow,

Poured out of the oil in wok,add water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, crystal sugar,yellow rice or millet wine, cinnamon ,myrcia, chili,star anise, salt.ovre high heat bring to boil.

turn to over low heat for 30 minutes.OK!
