Teriyaki chicken with rice

This is a nice food from Japan.Usually refers to the process of meat in the barbecue, outer daub of soy sauce, sugar water, garlic, ginger and wine.This recipe tell you to make chinese style Teriyaki chicken with rice

Ingredients: 

drumstick,broccoli,carrot,five spice powder,salt,light soy sauce,honey,cooking wine

Instructions: 

Clean drumstick and remove water

remove bone.Beat chicken

use fork on skin of chicken fork well.

put chicken to bowl,add cooking wine, salt, five spices power

Mix juice in a bowl:2 spoon cooking wine,a spoon honey,2 spoon light soy sauce,mix well

add oil to wok,heat,after oil hot,add chicken

low heat,sometimes with a shovel in chicken pressure,when one side become yellow,turn-over.

when both side become yellow,add juice.

stir.

don't let juice all dry.

Broccoli, carrots wash, cut into small pieces,cook a moment with hot water,sailt,cooking oil.Then put to plate,add cooked rice ,add chicken.OK!
