Sweet and sour fillet of pork is a chinese Zhejiang cuisine,this is a very simple homemade recipe

Ingredients: 

pork fillet,tomatosauce,starch,egg,sesame,ginger,salt,ground pepper 

Instructions: 

Ginger ground into mud,then you will get ginger juice

Cut pork fillet to cubes.

Then cut like this,add salt,ground pepper,egg white,ginger juice,pickle 10 minutes.

mix pork fillet and starch

add oil to wok,heat to 80% boiling,add pork fillet

get ou like this

mix water,starch and sesame

add tomatosauce,sugar ,water to wok,boil.

then add this to pork fillet.OK!
